More Game Ruining Glitches Plague Modern Warfare 2
Today I jumped in modern warfare 2 and was shot by a guy who had Chopper gunner bullets for ammo, now at first I was optimistic thinking that there was a helicopter in the air and maybe I’d missed it. But after playing a total of 6 rounds with this guy and going from map to map I was convinced either he was glitching or had modded the game somehow. I left out the game and contacted everyone on my XBL friends list of the bullshit, I was just put through by this jackass and to my amazement they all knew about the glitch and told me to go to YouTube so I did, so I find this video with these guys doing this shit in a private match at first one guy leaves and they start joining public rooms doing the same shit again to new players, seriously are you fucking kidding me first there was the javelin glitch then there was the ( Infinite care package and infinite ammo glitch along with the Pave Low in the package) and now you can run around with chopper gunner bullets. Did Infinity Ward wake up one day and say “were going to release MW2 with so many fucking glitches that no matter how you play it will piss you off” this fucking glitch isn’t even a glitch ,it’s a fucking mod my question is how the fuck are they doing it, I understand a glitch where you simply do one or two things in the game and get unlimited ammo or run and reload but to get ammo from a source that is not even on the fucking ground ain't any point during a game seriously WTF. And what pisses me off more than anything is the fact is it has to be a mod, how else would these guys be able to do this, as of right now you heard it here first “THERE IS NO WAY TO STOP” this isn’t an issue that can be patched.

Well, I’m going to call you Analog Hype because you are not a god, YOU need to calm down. You were not forced to read this man’s blog and he does bring up a point. The point is questioning whether or not IW can deliver a game a “perfect” as many people believe. There are MANY games out there that have the same development time and yet they aren’t as buggy as MW2 at launch. It brings the point that IW is too money hungry that they don’t care if they really do put out the “perfect” project because they know they will sell.
I am a very big Call of Duty fan and I do complain when this shit happens too. It is bullshit how there are people out there who cannot respect their own gaming community and play fairly. I see it like the Akimbo Rangers and Model 1887s that people run around with. They are bullshit ways to get easy kills and it isn’t competitive and it ruins the game.
I am sure what I say will be approved by some and criticized by most but I don’t care. I believe the blog writer is correct in his reason to complain. Even if, he is a blog writer and he can post whatever the hell he wants on this website. My point is that the gaming community needs to change and start respecting people more instead of all the fanboy/trolling bullshit.

While unfortunate, I think we should cut IW ward a lil’ slack. They do there best to correct issues as they become known in a timely manner. And with the amount of gamers who bought this title, it’s not suprising glitches would appear with all the playtime. Maby games have glitches that simply are never discovered. NOW bring on the MAP PACKS!!!

I get that you are trying to look on the brightside of things but realistically mw2 is the most broken cod out of all of them. I get that a games gonna have glitches i do but this also stems from them not having a beta and thats because they thought that they didn’t need one because they are a pretentious company. I also find it funny that noone cut Treyarch any slack what so ever for going back to ww2 and having some glitches in there multiyplayer but if you recall treyarchs multiplayer was nowhere near as broken as mw2. You are right though they do work as fast as possible to fix the glitches but i will not cut them any slack for being the pretentious company that they are. There should not be this many glitches in a game seriously. Oh and as for God your a dumbass and a douche

as much as i hate the glitches when they happen i take a break from mw2 a day or to later theres a patch but if mw2 is the only game you play it sucks.excuse my ignorance but how do theses dudes make this glitches?

Sure, the ends justifies the means mentality brings people who want to have a HUGE advantage over others but seriously…
MW2 has so many kids wasting their days searching for glitches rather than getting actually better at playing. And if AnalogHype doesn’t post it, someone else will.
The day after the javelin glitch was on other websites MW2 was a joke! It did die down at bit before getting patched but the idea that younglings will always need to get an advantage or die by the hands of veterans is always going to be a necessary evil.
PS: the player in the video is terrible at MW2, runs right into trouble, slow on the draw, runs right down the middle of the road, dies more than fruit flies in a sealed bag, etc…

I definitely hate mods but modding goes back to games like counter-strike, and I don’t foresee it ever stopping. If people want to utilize glitches and mods, let them. Most of the time they play shitty anyways because it makes them predictable. Most hyped game = more people trying to find ways to break it. I guarantee that if COD 4 was as hyped as this one, it would have had more problems than it did. A beta probably would have helped to solve some of these issues but placing the blame entirely on Infinity Ward may be harsh. One word, Activision. Plus, betas would help a little, not solve everything. Modern Warfare is definitely better than the first one. I mean, I played the shit out of the first one, but go back and play it now. It is boring as hell. Everything they introduced into this game is brilliant. Even the dual 1887’s, which i can’t stand. Customizable killstreaks, loads of weapon upgrades, perk upgrades, customizable titles and emblems, etc., coupled with an addicting Special Ops section and a great campaign make this game the best.
