Last week, we reported on a leak from Famitsu that would suggest BlazBlue: Continuum Shift, the arcade sequel to the original Calamity Trigger, would be making its way to consoles, as well. Today, the magazine has entered circulation and Andriasang confirms the new BlazBlue game, having been outed in a four page feature. The game is 60% complete, which puts it on track for a Summer release. The console version will be getting at least one additional character, though I’m not sure if this makes it worth it for those who’ve been playing the game in arcades for just about a year now. The game will feature 28 different scenarios, which should be equal to the number of characters in the game (one story per character). BlazBlue: Continuum Shift will be released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Some more details can be found below, via Andriasang from Famitsu.
