Console Sims 3 Slated For Christmas, Says EA

I was ecstatic when we first heard EA were cooking up a console version of The Sims 3 for release. It’s been a while since we’ve been able to run our virtual lives on the comfort of our home consoles (dating back to middle of the last gaming generation), and now that same sad snapshot will be extended to the current generation of consoles. This news comes to us as EA announced a lot of other new titles, as well as dating others. No specific platforms have been discussed yet, with the listing just showing “Console” and “Handheld”, but Christmas is a strong window and we hope EA is adamant in sticking to it. We’ll be on every piece of information we get about this new foray from EA.
