Microsoft Accidentally Dates Crackdown 2, Reveals Preorder Incentives
Earlier in the week, VideoGamer.com stumbled across a page on Microsoft's official Xbox site that housed some new information regarding Crackdown 2. Specifically, we learned of a June 11th release date and some preorder goods for those willing to spend their coins in advance.
Since then, the date has been moved from the page. It's believed that the date was an error but no new date has been provided - we believe perhaps it is due to the date being real and Microsoft didn't mean to announce it...
Rumor – Nintendo DS 2 Is In The Works, Dev Kits Are Floating Around
In accordance with what we've been hearing from Nintendo regarding a new console, new rumors have surfaced regarding a possible successor to the DS line. Gamekult is reporting that Nintendo apparently sent out development kits for the new handheld. We first caught wind of the rumor back in February, where a source disclosed information that Nintendo would be making an unveiling at this year's Game Development Conference.
Later on, Nintendo-boss Shigeru Miyamoto confirmed that a new piece of h...
“Shooter That Everybody Asked For” To Be Revealed In Upcoming OXM
OXM is teasing a world-exclusive reveal of "the shooter that everybody asked for" on their latest issue's cover. The magazine's upcoming issue features an Alan Wake-centric cover, but that's unrelated to the text (which is centered within crosshairs). Seeing as we don't have very many details about Ghost Recon: Future Soldier yet, it could very well be a feature about that. Perhaps a Gears of War 3 announcement is headed our way, or something entirely different. Not sure, but March 11th is the d...
PSPgo Could Be Relaunched, According To Sources
To say to Sony that the launch of the PSPgo was disappointing could be an understatement: critically, the game didn't get a lot of rave from the gaming universe, and the sales matched that sentiment. As we all know Sony is keen to do, Gamervision is reporting (through an unnamed source that we'll take with a small helping of salt) that the manufacturer could be gearing up to relaunch their handheld sometime very soon.
You can check out their claims for yourself, but no real details have been ...

Is This A Countdown To A Capcom Xbox 360 Exclusive?
Word on the street is Capcom is premiering a new game on January 26th. Spotted on the Xbox site an image showing Capcom X Microsoft. What does this mean? The X looks like its a symbol of eXclusivity. I honestly believe its going to be a new game using Project Natal. Whatever the announcement is, its going to be big. We tried to contact Capcom about the matter and was quickly hit back with an email full of LOL. More info to come January 26th....
Sonic Adventures Might Be Dashing Its Way Back Onto Consoles

Chances are, if you're a fan of the Dreamcast, then Sonic Adventures was one of, if not the most played titles in your arsenal of CD-rom based games. In the latest revelation coming straight from the rumor mill, it looks as if Sonic will be returning in sweet adventurous form in a port released to Xbox...
Dissidia Final Fantasy To The PS3 and Xbox 360, According To Japanese Magazine
A reader over at TheBitBag tipped them with an interesting snapshot of what looks to be a Japanese-based publication (Famitsu, maybe?) which suggests that Dissidia Final Fantasy will be making its way to both the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360. If your eyes can blur the Japanese symbols from view, you'll notice PS3 and Xbox 360 as platforms listed inside of what looks to be your standard information box. I'm not sure what to think of this yet, as we've not one clue on what publication this is ye...
Dragon Age 2 In The Works? “The Best Is Yet To Come” says Bioware
Let's face it, if a game in this day and age is even mildly successful, chances are we'll be seeing a sequel for it sometime in the future. Dragon Age, the winner of Spike TV Video Game Awards' RPG Of The Year, is a definite hit and surefire success for Bioware. We all expect them to capitalize on their newfound money maker with a sequel, but nothing is official yet. During their acceptance speech, the Dragon Age team hinted to the possibility of a new Dragon's Age game.
The best is yet to come...
