Whoa. That’s one big boy. One of the major console exclusives for the Xbox One has finally been dated and the debut release from Respawn Entertainment Titanfall will be hitting an Xbox Won near you on March 11th, 2014. On top of that major piece of news, Respawn also unveiled a massive Collector’s Edition package that prices out at $249.99. Included with the package is everything you see above, and most specifically the star of the show is the amazingly detailed statue of the Titan Mech. 250 bucks may be too rich for my blood, but as a big fan of collector editions of games, this one is very impressive. Further details are available after the break.

What a day at PAX East 2013. Saturday is traditionally the busiest day of the show, and this year was no exception. I dedicated the entire day to seeking out the best cosplayers in the show and snapped a ton of photos. It was such a pleasure to interact and mingle with everyone, and it was easy to see how much hard work went into the costumes. I was also excited to see a lot of Borderlands cosplay, including a bunch of characters I wouldn’t have expected. Awesome! Alright, you didn’t come here to see me writing a bunch of words, so let’s get right down to it.
I did a pretty cool video of one of the cosplay’s that caught my eye as it came in. It looked to be a robot, but as it turns out, there was someone inside. I’ve been told it was supposed to be Clockwork Droid from Dr. Who. Pretty cool video:
Here are many of the amazing cosplay costumes from Day 2 of PAX East 2013 (click here for Day 1):
EA seems to be on a never ending quest to find their Call Of Duty killer, and their latest crack at the current breadwinner of the first person shooter genre is Medal Of Honor: Warfighter. Danger Close’s second attempt at rebooting a once solid franchise, Warfighter is all about taking the fight global. Instead of focusing on the Middle East, the campaign follows two operatives code-named Preacher and Stump for missions all over the world. Maybe it is the Frostbite 2.0, but so far the game feels a lot like the campaign in Battlefield 3. Below you will find the first three missions of the game. The first two are pretty short and the third really gets into the meat of the action. I don’t really know that Danger Close did a very good job introducing the characters and letting me understand what is going on, but it could just be a slow build-up. In any event, the game has been pretty fun so far, and I look forward to finishing up and moving on to multiplayer at some point today. Check out the first 30 minutes of the game:

I think I’m about to give you guys two sentences full of complete sarcasm. You see we have some really exclusive news for you. It’s something you would never have expected. Activision announced that a new Call of Duty game is scheduled for release in 2012. Activision CEO Bobby Kotick had the following to say:
“As we focus on 2012, we have a strong product pipeline which features a minimum of two highly-anticipated new titles from Blizzard Entertainment, including Diablo III, and a new Call of Duty game from Activision Publishing,”
With the way the Call of Duty titles have been releasing, this most likely isn’t going to be a Modern Warfare game but probably take a WW2/Cold War approach, just as Treyarch have been doing lately. However don’t think too much about that now and play your Modern Warfare 3.
