Battlefield 3 “Closed Quarters” DLC Mass Effect Easter Egg Found on Donya Fortress

In a nice tip of the cap to their EA brothers at Bioware, DICE has included a pretty cool Easter Egg on a new map from the “Close Quarters” DLC. The map is Donya Fortress, and the Easter Egg is a model of the Normandy SR-2 from the Mass Effect franchise, which can be found in a liabrary at the coordinates below. Cross game promotion is certainly nothing new with EA games, and these two games in particular, as there was a “Battlefield 3″ skin available in the Co-Op for Mass Effect 3. Cool stuff for sure. “Close Quarters” is available now on Playstation 3 for Battlefield Premium members and will be available this coming Tuesday, June 12th on Xbox 360 and the PC.
