PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale Beta Kicks off Tomorrow

The PlayStation Blog has just announced the dates for the PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale Beta. PlayStation Plus members can hop in the beta tomorrow while non-Plus members will be able to join on October 23rd. All Vita owners will be given access tomorrow, even if you’re not a PlayStation Plus member!

Featured in the beta will be cross-play between the PS3 and Vita, 2 on 2 tournaments where you can invite friends to team up with, as well as four-player tournaments where the player with the highest score emerges as the victor. These two modes will span acrosss the Hades and Metropolis level.

The characters included in this version of the beta will be: Kratos, Sly Cooper, Parappa the Rapper, Fat Princess, Colonel Radec, and Sweet Tooth.

AnalogHype will be running a tournament next weekend, first place winners can nab themselves 3 months of PlayStation Plus, while second place will get a coupon for $20 off the PlayStation PULSE Stereo Headset Elite Edition!

Sign ups begin now until Thursday October 25th at 8pm EST. We’ll kick things off on October 26th, with the final round running on Sunday.
