Shocking Introduction: A First Look at the Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale beta

Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale is one of the most anticipated Playstation exclusives I’ve seen in some time, and I suppose it is for a good reason. It’s not my style of game, as I have made sure to mention any time I comment on it, but I can see why others are excited. When our resident Playstation fanboy Jesse informed me we had the opportunity to partake in a beta for the game, I said sure, why the heck not? I mean, it’s not every day I get to smash the Jesszman into oblivion, feel free to check out some gameplay footage below. I smashed him up so hard he had to rage quit by the fourth game. That’s clearly how I remember the story, anyway.

I tried to use different characters each go around. I don’t know if I had a favorite, but Radec seemed surprisingly over-powered, especially if you sit in the corner and snipe constantly. It was fun for about 15 minutes, but all the constant pwnage of Jesse made the game a little repetitive to me. If this seems like the game for you, though, Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale will be in stores November 20th. Feel free to buy it and constantly own Jesse just like me!
