Borderlands 2 Stand Alone Add On Pack Coming February 26th
2K and Gearbox are at it again. An on disc version of a huge batch of DLC is coming to stores on February 26th and will retail for $29.99. It advertises that it will feature $40 of content, but other than the two campaign add-ons, most of the other DLC include were pre-order bonuses. I supposed it’s cool if you don’t have it, which is why if I actually get this, it will be for Playstation 3 (where I don’t have the DLC) or when it goes on clearance for 10 bucks, but this hardly seems like a value compared to the Season Pass. I don’t begrudge Gearbox for trying to make their money off of what was my Game of the Year in 2012, and I realize they did this with the first two expansions on the first Borderlands, but there is something about this and especially the $15 I paid for a bunch of skins that is rubbing me the wrong way. Oh well, I suppose if you need it then here it is. Full details and package shots are below:
