Where Will Grand Theft Auto 5 Take Place?

Grand Theft Auto V was officially announced earlier this morning by RockStar Games and a trailer will be revealed on 11/02/11. With all the excitement we almost forgot to ask one of the biggest questions about the game. Where will the game take place? I’m personally hoping for a modern day Miami aka Vice City.
